You can select a frame to move by clicking on its move panel (the "<->" panel) located below the frame index in the main window. Drag the mouse left or right to move the frame. The new point of insertion will be highlighted in blue as you drag to the desired location. To complete the move, release the mouse button. To cancel a move, either drag back to the original frame position or drag the mouse sufficiently out of the move panel area to remove the highlight. To move a frame to a position not currently shown in the main window, drag the mouse to the left or right outside the frames panel and the editor window will "autoscroll" to reveal frames previously not visible.
